Damian Bierman

PRESIDENT

Damian Bierman, President and Director of Field Operations, has over 18 years of experience in sales, business development, and management. Prior to starting Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete, Damian held a sales consultant position for Pave Man Inc. and was a top producer for the company. Currently, he is responsible for setting the overall direction for Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete as well as assisting in sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.

Among his accomplishments, Damian played professional golf on various tours around the country, and he has been involved in teaching golf to handicapped and underprivileged kids for many years. In his spare time, Damian enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his children in their sports. His other hobbies include basketball, bowling, and playing and teaching golf.

Jonathan D. Summers, Sales Manager, has over 13 years in sales management expertise. He is skilled in job site scheduling, contract negotiating, project estimating, and customer service. Jon is a strong sales professional and can handle multiple job sites at one time. He is a valued employee for Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete.

Jon’s responsibilities include generating new clients and maintaining existing clients with innovative construction techniques, meeting with owners or association boards and selling products or services to potential customers. In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include playing golf, drag racing, boating, hiking, fishing, and attending sporting events.

Roger Bierman

SALES MANAGER

Roger W. Bierman, Sales Manager, has over 40 years in business management expertise. He graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1970 with a B.A. in Business. Roger is a retired USMC Veteran. Prior to joining Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete, he served as Director of Franchising for Fiducial Inc., which is a premier financial and accounting firm in France and North America.

Roger’s responsibilities include generating new clients and maintaining existing clients with innovative construction techniques. He also handles the rest of the Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete sales force. In his spare time, Roger enjoys spending time with his 10 grandchildren. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, attending sporting events, investing in the stock market, and traveling.

Craig Schlegel

SALES ASSOCIATE

Craig Schlegel, Sales Associate, was an operator of his uncles Asphalt and Sealcoating company before joining Twin Bros Paving & Concrete. He is skilled in contract negotiating, setting sales objectives and goals, and handling scheduling for various occasions. Craig’s territory will be the Southern region and we are very excited to see his growth within the company and for a major push in this region.

Craig’s responsibilities include generating new clients and maintain existing clients while also growing our southern region. In his spare time, Craig enjoys golfing and relaxing with family and friends.
